The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as the coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network Cyprus, actively participates as a Co-Chair in the Agri-Food Sector Group.

This group supports SMEs in the agriculture, food, and beverage industries by promoting international partnerships, innovation, and sustainability, while also contributing to the development of initiatives for businesses operating in these sectors. It creates opportunities for companies to expand into new markets, adopt smart agriculture technologies, and comply with EU regulations. Additionally, it promotes environmentally friendly practices, food safety, and access to financing opportunities.

Through its sectoral groups, the Enterprise Europe Network helps businesses connect with research centers, organizations, and other key stakeholders. With the support of B2B business events, trade fairs, and guidance on EU legislation, the Agri-Food Sector Group enables companies to grow and innovate in a rapidly evolving industry.

Finally, the sector group gathers feedback and recommendations from businesses and conveys them to policy makers, ensuring that the needs of SMEs in the EU agri-food sector are taken into account.
