The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), within the framework of the activities of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), wishes to inform you about a European Commission survey conducted under the SME Panel, on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the protection of workers’ rights in subcontracting chains.
The survey is part of the European Commission’s preparatory work for the upcoming Quality Jobs Act initiative, which aims to ensure quality jobs that meet the needs of the modern economy and labour market.
Through this questionnaire, the European Commission seeks to gather data and experiences from small and medium-sized enterprises on:
- The policies and practices applied regarding occupational health and
- The protection of workers’ rights in subcontracting
- The benefits and costs of implementing relevant policies for
The contribution of businesses is considered particularly important, as the results of the survey will be used to shape future European policies in the field of employment and job quality.
The survey will remain open until 27 July 2026 and is available at the following link:
